Grading

Grading is guided by the system on Discogs and records are inspected under light. Some are needle dropped, some are played more extensively, some are not played. Vinyl graded VG+ may have any number of marks or scratches which cannot be heard. Exceptions to this may be noted. VG is likely to have imperfections which can be heard. There may be further information about the condition in the notes column but sleeve defects may not be described if they are visible in a picture.

Tapes

All tapes are tested by forwarding or rewinding a short way and playing for a short while. The sleeve grading is for the j-card only and not the case.

Pictures and videos are provided for some items and if you want to see a picture for an item which doesn’t have one or you would like more information about the condition of any item, please get in touch.

Making A Purchase

If you wish to make a purchase please use the Contact form to let me know which item you would like and the country to which it should be sent so that I can calculate the cost of postage and packing. Prices are in £GBP.

 

Payment Methods

Payment is by bank transfer from a UK bank or PayPal.

Delivery

Please note that I am currently only shipping to addresses in the UK.

If PayPal is the payment method, I will only ship to the PayPal address.

I usually use Covers 33 mailing envelopes and stiffeners if there is room depending on the quantity and thickness of the albums. For multiple items I may have to reuse other types of packaging.

Tapes will be sent in a jiffy envelope.

Purchases are mailed from England and a guide to postage and packing costs is below. Weight and thickness of records can vary so I will confirm the actual cost when you make an enquiry. For anything not shown, please ask me for details. I will add more below as time goes on.

• One or more 12” records limited to 2kg to UK up to a value of £20 (Second class) = £3.75

• One or more 12” records limited to 2kg to UK up to a value of £100 (Tracked 48) = £4.25

• One tape to UK up to a value of £20 (Second class) = £2.85

• One or more CDs limited to 750g up to a value of £20 (second class) = £1.89

I post items twice a week so there could be a few days delay before I send your purchase. Industrial action by postal workers may affect transit time.

Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with the your purchase you can return it within 10 days. Once I have received it and checked that it is in the same condition that it left me in, I will refund the purchase price. The refund won't include postage & packing costs to you or for the return.

In view of the low purchase price, returns are not accepted for Bargain Bin purchases.
